Chemitalic established in Horsens, Denmark
expanded in several step over the years. In 1990´s more than 300 employees, producing larger volumes for the telecom industry.
2003 –
Chemitalic bought by GPV Group, and merged into GPV PCB division with Printca and Sieker Print.
2005 –
GPV PCB division establishes own production, GPV Printed Circuits in Suzhou, China (Sieker Print, Denmark closed).
2009 –
GPV decides to close its PCB activities:
GPV Printca is sold to employees/customers
GPV Chemitalic is closed
GPV Printed Circuits is sold through a Management Buy-Out and renamed:

Chemitalic Suzhou Ltd. – and Chemitalic Denmark A/S is established.
